• For Conference tours, the Chair of local organizing committee will designate a primary tour guide.
• The primary tour guide will need to complete the paperwork for the tour:
  • Tour Instruction (from template, draft attached)
  • WCP (on SharePoint, which includes the tour instruction)
  • FRIB Tour Safety Checklist (we will post on Wiki)
  • FRIB Tunnel Tour Checklist (in DCC, if the tour includes the tunnel)
• The primary tour guide will need to attend the WCP meeting, when scheduled.
• The primary tour guide and escorts will need to attend 8:00 NSCL Coordination meeting and 8:10 Commissioning meeting the day of the event.
