Relevant background with commentary from Dr. Kahlbow:

• My seminar will be based on and mainly discuss the following paper: Magicity versus Superfluidity around 28O viewed from the Study of 30F. We measured 30F in invariant-mass spectroscopy and concluded on nuclear structure in this region, providing proof for Island of Inversion behavior, and discuss superfluidity in extremely neutron-rich systems like 28O and 29F.
• Depending on what you prefer as an introduction to the broader topic, the experiment, invariant-mass spectroscopy, and nuclear structure for neutron-rich F and O isotopes in the Island of Inversion, alternatively you might use the following Nature paper. It may be an easier read, and actually uses data from the same experiment that I'll discuss: First observation of 28O
• As a precursor for nuclear structure of neutron-rich F isotopes and Island of Inversion experiments, you could also use Aldric's work on 28F. Again from the same experiment: Extending the Southern Shore of the Island of Inversion to 28F
• And this paper here is more like a summary article that links the F structure to halo systems, and is a very easy read: The 29F nucleus as a lighthouse on the coast of the island of inversion
