My seminar will be based on and mainly discuss the following paper:
https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.133.082501. We measured 30F in invariant-mass spectroscopy and concluded on nuclear structure in this region, providing proof for Island of Inversion behavior, and discuss superfluidity in extremely neutron-rich systems like 28O and 29F.
Depending on what you prefer as an introduction to the broader topic, the experiment, invariant-mass spectroscopy, and nuclear structure for neutron-rich F and O isotopes in the Island of Inversion, alternatively you might use the following Nature paper. It may be an easier read, and actually uses data from the same experiment that I'll discuss:
