There are 3 experiments with HiRA that will be run in 2013:

• 10001 - Bob Charity - 129h (in Feb)
• 11001 - Lee Sobotka - 77h (in May)
• 10011 - Alan Wuosmaa - 161 h (unscheduled, most likely in Fall 2013)

1. Resurrect HiRA test setup (Huan, Jake, Zbigniew)
   • mechanical work and cabling is basically finished
   • vacuum test done
   • what is left:
   • test the electronics with the scope
   • test the old readout
2. Development of the NSCL DAQ software for upcoming experiments with HiRA - work order: RC100609.11720.W01576 (Ron Fox)
   • previous task has to be finished first
3. Upgrade the HiRA readout to ringbuffer (Huan, Zbigniew)
   • previous 2 tasks have to be finished first
4. New 2-gain boards (Jake, Bill, Zbigniew)
5. New CsI cables (Jake, Bill, Zbigniew, Mike)
6. Assemble 3 new HiRA telescopes (Rachel?, Jack?, Mike?)
   • need drawings of the board
   • need part numbers
   • how many CsI crystals do we have?
