1. X Modify the PA box parts (Western)
2. Assemble PA box and test preamps (Western + NSCL) - box assembled, tests ongoing
3. New CsI cables (NSCL) - Craig Snow working on drawings
4. X Mount dEs on HiRA telescopes (NSCL, WashU)
5. X Set up 4th motherboard (NSCL)
6. X Move HiRA telescopes downstream in s2 chamber (e08001 configuration) (NSCL, Western)
7. Cable HiRA (including dE's - it may require making few new cables; some of the old cables can be reused) (NSCL, Western) - during site visit
8. Test all 4 MBs and PA box with a pulser (NSCL)
9. Alpha calibration for dEs (NSCL)
10. Software (expand daq software and spectcl to read dEs) (NSCL) - new histograms need to be made
11. Trigger (changes required to read and trigger on dEs) (NSCL, WashU)
