CsI Water Damage Repair:

1. Remove CsI crystals (56 out of 56) (11/15)
   • Dismantle telescopes
   • Store E, dE detectors
   • Unwrap CsI bundles
2. Remove as much filter paper as possible from CsI (using ethanol and plastic scraper) (44 out of 56) (11/20)
3. Document damage (depth on front surface) (56 out of 56)
4. Detach photodiodes from each crystal (leave light guides on for now) (1 out of 56) (11/27)
5. Sand sides of each crystal (0 out of 56)
6. Design and assemble lapping setup (work order submitted) (12/15)
   • Motion control + support
   • Coarse vertical motion
   • CsI holder that attaches to motion control
   • Sandpaper (ordered) (11/18)
7. Practice lapping with beam blocker (12/22)
