• Eligibility: Graduate students currently pursuing Ph.D. degrees in areas of physics, chemistry, material sciences, biology (non-medical), mathematics, engineering, computer or computational sciences, or specific areas of environmental sciences that are aligned with the mission of the Office of Science that haven’t had their first committee meeting yet.
• Award: Research experience at a DOE laboratory, a living stipend during the research term ($3000/month) and travel support to and from the DOE laboratory
