Finally there's a form from MSU that needs to be filled out in advance of your second meeting. This has a list of classes, etc. on it. You need to get this form from Kim Crosslan.

Rules for Committee Members
For a non-typical committee member, ie a person who is not a regular MSU faculty to serve on graduate student guidance committees and very few persons who are not regular MSU faculty, details can be found at the Physics & Astronomy page.
