Sending beam to a new destination

Steps

Check the MPS Device Configuration Guideline for power limits and special notes
Calculate beam power
Configure chopper
Configure MPS
- Coordinate with AP for whether cavities need monitoring
- Calculate thresholds in Diag MPS page
  - Using the new beamloss threshold configuration tool
Configure DCCTs if needed
- Setting DCCTs
Set beam inhibit mode
Send beam
