Testing Mutant GMC stability:

• Shutdown Microtca chassis overnight
• Power up 7 CoBos + mutant
• calibrate both GMC and WSCA
• unplug all modules except Mutant
• plug in dummy Card (shown in figures below), no LVDS buffers, nothing on board except soldered oscilloscope probes.
• dummy card sees a 100MHz GMC clock
• perform jitter test. See report. This report shows an out of spec mutant GMC clock.
